For thirty years we’ve been told that technology can foster critical thinking in students—but often we have seen little evidence of this. The challenge is to combine research on learning, with appropriate choices and uses of technology, and combine these with formative instructional approaches. This webinar blends what we know about learning, research-proven instructional techniques (e.g., based on the work of John Hattie and Robert Marzano) that, in combination with a number of various technologies, can promote the kids of critical thinking we want for our students.
